Perhaps the most important skill for me is listening. My job is to understand, to really get my client. Many people aren’t sure of what they want or simply can’t articulate it. But they know how they want to feel. And as they talk about their life style – their interests and career and family and hobbies and weekends, they give me invaluable insight into what home means to them. I interpret these various cues, and translate them into living spaces that exceed what they believed possible.
